How long are sessions?

The sessions are 50 minutes long.

Do you offer FREE initial consultations?

Yes! We offer free 15-minute consultations to clients who want to start their therapy journey.

Do you offer virtual or in person sessions?

All sessions are held virtually to ensure flexibility and comfort for our clients.

What can I expect in the first session?

The first session is about getting to know each other. We’ll talk about your goals, what brings you here, and how I can support you. My goal is to help you feel supported, build confidence, and create healthy habits that make life a little easier. You don’t need to prepare—just come as you are.

What is your cancellation policy?

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice to avoid a cancellation fee.

Can I use my insurance to cover my therapy sessions?

Absolutely! Please check with your insurance provider to confirm coverage for a Registered Social Worker. After each session, you will receive an invoice for reimbursement by your insurance company. We also provide direct billing!
